I had an interesting meeting with a real estate equity fund manager. He has given me the go ahead to find property on their behalf . That being said, I am interested in any type of property with 10 plus CAP with minimum price of $4m and maximum price of $50m. Properties must be within 2 hour driving distance of Philly.
They are an open fund so they can acquire any type of real estate including; office, retail, mixed use, industrial, residential, student housing, assisted living, retirement.
